Frequently Asked Questions

  • Delivery time is typically 2 to 4pm due to campground restrictions.  Delivery may be scheduled earlier if delivering to a lake home or private campsite.  Pickup time is between 10-11am.  

  • You must be 25 years of age or older.

  • All campers come equipped with linens for the made beds, as well as four to six towels and washcloths.  Additional linens may be requested for the fold down couches and beds at an additional cost.

  • Yes, we accept well behaved dogs in all our campers. However, we do not allow any other kind of pets in our units.

  • Yes, we offer a 10% discount to all military and first-responders with proof of ID.

  • We are available by phone during and after office hours. We can walk you through most problems over the phone. If you are staying at a local campground, we may can try to send out someone to assist with your problems. 

  • Check out our website for recommended campgrounds for start.  You will need to make your reservation for the lot.  If you need specifics about the length of your camper, slides, etc, please call our office.  There are many great tutorial videos on our YouTube Channel for new campers.

  • Drycamping or “boon-docking” as it is sometimes called, is not recommended for first time or novice campers.  There are many more variables that using a generator and not having a water supply or septic system introduces.

    If you provide your own generator, please check with us to insure the generator has adequate wattage and amperage rating for your chosen camper.  Campers with their own generator are responsible for their own generator plug for hookup.  Please note that if you do not get permission to use a generator and the camper is damaged as a result, you will be liable for all damages to the camper.

  • If we are delivering to a campground, we do not require you be there for delivery unless the campground requires it. If we are delivering to your home/property, we do require you to be there for the delivery and set-up to ensure we are setting up the camper in the appropriate spot.

  • All of our campers are available for viewing online.  If you would like to view the camper at our facility, please call our office to ensure the camper is in.  We recommend calling and making an appointment for a viewing. We can ensure the camper will be on the property and someone will be available to give you a walkthrough.
